Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years food and beverage experience
- experience in hotel sales or event planning
- strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
- excellent written and verbal communication
- leadership and team motivation ability
- proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- professional appearance

- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 3 years food and beverage experience
- strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
- developed business communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to direct and motivate event planning team
- working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office

- ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
- strong time management skills
- experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning to execution
- act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- provide direction and supervision during meetings, banquets, and events
- be available during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
- serve group and catering customers proactively
- manage logistics including group room blocks, food and beverage, meeting space, and billing
- motivate and direct the event planning department to meet and exceed goals
