Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning or management
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with some remote flexibility

Job Qualifications

  • Strong event planning and event management skills
  • Proven ability in budgeting and managing financial aspects of event production
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in sales or business development related to the event industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with experiential marketing and creative event design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the design and planning of in-person and virtual events
  • Manage event budgets and financial tracking
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized
  • Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, and talent
  • Source and manage entertainment and talent for events
  • Ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction
  • Nurture strong client relationships and follow-up
