Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning or management
- Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Knowledge of experiential marketing is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with some remote flexibility
Job Qualifications
- Strong event planning and event management skills
- Proven ability in budgeting and managing financial aspects of event production
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in sales or business development related to the event industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with experiential marketing and creative event design
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the design and planning of in-person and virtual events
- Manage event budgets and financial tracking
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized
- Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, and talent
- Source and manage entertainment and talent for events
- Ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction
- Nurture strong client relationships and follow-up
