Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Experience supervising or managing 1-3 people
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
  • Capability to analyze issues and make sound decisions
  • Commitment to quality service and high standards
  • Regular attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Experience in supervision or management of 1-3 people
  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to manage complex events successfully

Job Duties

  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations and deliver on those expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues to determine the best solution
  • Ensure high-quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction, guidance, feedback and coaching
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • Regular attendance
