Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years managing full event portfolios in corporate organizations including conferences roadshows demos sales kick offs trade shows and field marketing events
  • Experience in leading and managing teams ensuring effective collaboration and high performance in complex event environments
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead the end-to-end event lifecycle and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Experience in managing scalable workflows and integrating event technology with other systems to optimize event operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills effectively serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
  • High attention to detail with a focus on being deadline-driven resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
  • Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously while handling last-minute requests and changes with composure
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and recommend best practices in events
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction in a dynamic multi-project environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel on-site to events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Events or a related field is desirable

Job Duties

  • Oversee the complete event planning and overall event production and execution lifecycle for all assigned events ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion
  • Implement and manage robust project plans timelines and workflows to ensure all events are delivered on schedule and within scope
  • Develop a comprehensive KPI strategy for events track performance and provide detailed post-event reporting to demonstrate ROI and inform future event strategy
  • Help define and shape the goals vision and long-term strategy for the company's event portfolio to ensure alignment with overall business and cultural objectives
  • Own and meticulously manage event budgets ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently
  • Work with customer's financial department to ensure vendor contracts are signed and payments are processed by required due dates and maintain an accurate payment tracker
  • Serve as the Team Lead for event staff and cross-functional partners managing workflow setting priorities and ensuring clear communication
  • Act as the primary Client Lead for internal stakeholders translating their event needs into actionable plans and managing expectations
  • Select negotiate with and manage external vendors partners and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as the On-site Event Lead on key events for event execution managing logistics troubleshooting issues and leading the production team to ensure a flawless attendee experience
