- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of event management experience at a large hotel or similar venue
- proficiency with event management software including Delphi Amadeus Salesforce FDC preferred
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
