Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hotel event manager experience at a large, big box property
- Proficiency in Delphi, Amadeus, Salesforce, and FDC programs preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex multi-day group events
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Capability to maintain excellent client and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
