Job Requirements
- Minimum two years hotel event manager experience at a large, big box property with relevant size and space
- Proficiency with Delphi, Amadeus, Salesforce, and FDC program highly preferred
- Experience forecasting and managing financial transactions including deposits and final billing preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
