Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel event manager experience at a large big box property
- Familiarity with Delphi Amadeus Salesforce FDC program highly preferred
- Experience with event forecasting and payment collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
