Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of event management experience in a large hotel setting
- proficiency in event management software such as Delphi, Amadeus, Salesforce or FDC program preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of event budgeting and financial management practices
