Job Requirements
- Minimum one year event management experience
- flexible schedule based off groups in house and client meetings
- knowledge of hotel property management systems
- event management experience within the hotel industry and/or Hilton background
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year event management experience
- knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- event management experience within the hotel industry and/or Hilton background
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
Job Duties
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations
- demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes
- resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
- sell and influence both internal and external clients
- make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determining the best solution
- ensure high-quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction, guidance, feedback and coaching
- participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- maintain regular attendance
