- prior events experience within the hotel industry preferred
- familiarity with Delphi.fdc preferred
- genuine passion for events with drive to achieve goals and objectives
Job Duties
- organize and plan event duties by developing plans and goals
- communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations
- demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes
- resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
- sell and influence both internal and external clients
- make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solution
- ensure high-quality service by guiding and coaching team members
- participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process
- perform additional duties as necessary based on business needs
- maintain regular attendance
