Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of hospitality-related experience at the manager level
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems like Delphi and fdc
  • Relevant academic background or degree in business or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for regular attendance
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management at a minimum of one year
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi and fdc
  • Relevant degree in business development or a related business field
  • Certifications such as CMP or CPCE are advantageous
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven capability in sales, upselling, and client relationship management

Job Duties

  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Timely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations and deliver on those expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • Selling and influencing both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determining the best solution
  • Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • Maintain regular attendance
