Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of hospitality-related experience at the manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems including Delphi and fdc
- Relevant degree in business development or related business field
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to attend customer site inspections and participate in sales processes
- Regular attendance and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hospitality-related experience at the manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi and fdc
- Relevant degree in business development or related field
- Certification such as CMP or CPCE preferred
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and event management
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Negotiate business through proposals and contracts to close business
- Creatively design menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance event experience
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate and social accounts
- Coordinate event documentation and communication with sales, hotel departments, and clients
- Ensure seamless turnover from sales to service and back
- Upsell and offer event enhancements to maximize revenue opportunities
- Serve as primary client contact on property ensuring exceptional event experience
