Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Deliver a successful experience for planners and attendees to encourage repeat and referral business
- Respond quickly and professionally to all communications
- Communicate clearly and concisely representing Concord Hospitality
- Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, and client site visits
- Track and manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting spaces, and contract clauses
- Maintain detailed records of billing, event orders, group history, and group resumes
