Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in event management or related hospitality role
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and move throughout event spaces for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- valid driver's license preferred
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- proven experience in event management or hospitality

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from inception to execution
- act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- provide direction and supervision during meetings, banquet functions, and events
- be available during events to resolve issues and suggest alternatives
- serve group and catering customers proactively
- manage logistics including room blocks, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and billing processes
- ensure events exceed guest expectations
