Job Requirements
- four years or more event production, brand management, product management or related field experience
- proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- ability to travel up to 40-60%
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 75 LBS and occasionally 100 LBS
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask and be flexible
- excellent planning, negotiating, problem solving and organizational skills

Job Duties
- plan and execute high-impact brand events and activations
- collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging activities
- act as primary contact for vendors and partners
- provide on-the-ground support including setup and breakdown
- manage event experiential personnel and ensure safety standards
- train specialists on equipment use and build
- organize and maintain experiential event equipment and materials
- manage administrative tasks such as tracking expenses and preparing reports
- track invoices and purchase orders
- analyze event outcomes and drive continuous improvements
- stay updated on industry trends
- guide and mentor brand ambassadors
- communicate with internal teams and external partners
- coordinate cross-functional event details and logistics
- provide event and performance recaps
- promote brand awareness through consumer engagement
