Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
- Willingness to travel domestically at a high level (40-60%) including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work full-time travel and onsite from June through July
- Flexibility for hybrid work schedule and East Coast working hours
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
- Prior experience managing logistics and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated passion for soccer and community engagement
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems creatively
- Passion for events and experiential marketing
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Serve as point-person for logistics and apparel management
- Prepare necessary event documents including inventory management documents, meeting notes, etc.
- Coordinate timelines with vendors and internal Octagon resources
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client's sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
- Assist with vendor management, logistical planning, and preparation of event documents to aid in execution and recapping
- Assist regional team managing all merchandise, premiums, and uniforms
- Perform additional duties and administrative responsibilities as needed
