Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience with cleaning in healthcare settings preferred
- ability to use computer applications
- strong communication skills
- ability to work evening shifts including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks related to custodial duties
- willingness to attend required trainings and obtain certifications if needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to use computer programs
- prior cleaning experience is helpful
- knowledge of cleaning materials equipment methods and chemicals is helpful
- strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- previous custodial experience in healthcare preferred
- required yearly certifications for AORN terminal cleaning or pharmacy rooms if assigned
Job Duties
- ensure facilities are clean safe and comfortable according to standards
- support day-to-day operations by providing equipment and supplies
- respond to service requests
- assist with training new staff
- perform minor equipment maintenance
- cover sick calls and assist with staffing
- participate in quality assurance inspections and project work
