Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to assist in training, directing staff and allocating resources
- Team-oriented and adaptable attitude
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Availability to work morning shifts including some weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in environmental services or housekeeping
- Ability to train and direct staff effectively
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to workplace safety
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services in any client premises including offices, patient rooms, dorms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks ensuring all site areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assign, check work and train other employees as needed
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
