Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years business experience with 5+ years in operations, procurement, program management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Residency in or near Irvine, CA
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule with 3 days in office, 2 remote
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Experience working with senior executives and suppliers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop comprehensive supply plans for over 800 asset actions by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external business partners including project teams and suppliers
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and franchisees to align new designs and specifications
  • Support annual operating plan in reducing costs and lead times
  • Represent Taco Bell Operations on RSCS Development and Equipment Solutions Leadership Team
  • Lead ideation and management of improvement initiatives across supply chain
  • Prepare materials and manage routines for the Restaurant Margin Improvement Steering Committee
  • Set team strategic priorities and assign resources
  • Build infrastructure and processes to meet execution targets
  • Manage supplier and distributor efforts and task forces
  • Oversee execution of Authority for Inventory Purchase documents
  • Align with various departments to develop strategic priorities
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with brand and franchise partners
  • Facilitate distributor and supplier engagements and summits
  • Provide insights to concept board and RSCS leadership
  • Hire, manage, and mentor staff
  • Drive a culture of collaboration and role model company cultural values
  • Manage special projects and provide updates to concept board
  • Travel as required
