Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in senior operations leadership in hospitality or restaurant industry
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work at Denver International Airport full-time
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior multi-unit operations leadership experience in hospitality or restaurants
- Proven ability to lead and retain high-performing teams
- Strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational and delegation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with balance of structure and flexibility
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel 25% or as needed
Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for multi-unit operations including staffing, food quality, guest experience, financial performance, inventory, facilities, and compliance
- Travel regularly between markets and company HQ in Sausalito, CA
- Lead with collaboration and integrity while coaching and mentoring management teams
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and exceptional guest service across all locations
- Support future growth initiatives and operational transitions through planning and alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities, vendors, landlords, and business partners
- Analyze sales, labor, and operating reports to identify trends and develop improvement plans
