Job Requirements
- Seven to ten years of experience in gaming operations and management
- Four-year degree in related fields or equivalent
- Ability to collect and analyze gaming performance data
- Valid Racing License
- Valid Sportsbook License
- Experience with Aristocrat Oasis Accounting System preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel within Kentucky region
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to manage team development and operational oversight
Job Qualifications
- Seven to ten years of operations and management experience in a multi-device 24-hour gaming environment
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Expertise in collecting, organizing, evaluating, and presenting gaming performance data
- Experience with Aristocrat Oasis Accounting System is a plus
- Valid Racing License
- Valid Sportsbook License
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and lead by example in customer service
Job Duties
- Provide support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager by overseeing Gaming Operations and Beverage Server operations
- Develop and manage the departmental budget
- Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and corrective action within Gaming and Beverage Server departments
- Ensure Beverage Servers comply with responsible consumption policies
- Review and manage financial results of the department
- Assist with regulatory submissions and new build installations when required
- Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests
- Approve large jackpots as per SOP
- Manage staffing levels to maintain appropriate employment
- Delegate duties and assign responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, hiring, evaluations, and develop team members
- Direct and manage gaming equipment conversions, placement, and repair
- Review gaming activities and promotional statuses with senior management
- Monitor gaming floor performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Bank Secrecy Act
- Monitor for suspicious activities
- Travel as necessary to support regional sites
- Perform all other assigned duties
