Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in food and beverage within hospitality or multi-unit entertainment concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage beverage programs and food strategy
- Proven track record in revenue and margin growth in food and beverage
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and financial metrics
- Skilled at vendor management and contract negotiations
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Availability to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Strong experience leading beverage programs at scale
- Proven success developing profitable food and beverage programs
- Understanding of menu development, pricing, margins, inventory, and cost controls
- Experience working across multiple locations or brands
- Ability to lead through others and build cross-functional alignment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel to venues
Job Duties
- Lead the overall food and beverage strategy across brands
- Translate brand positioning into scalable food and beverage programs
- Own the beverage program including menu development and pricing
- Provide strategic leadership for food programs with the chef
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement
- Establish and maintain standards, training, and field execution
- Lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy
- Coach and develop the Food & Beverage Director and chef
- Build cross-functional alignment with operations, marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand leadership
