Job Requirements
- Active U S licensed customs broker (LCB)
- 10 plus years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics
- 5 plus years of people leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of HTS, ADD/CVD, PGA filings, audits, and enforcement actions
- Experience with CargoWise, ACE, automated classification, OCR, or AI enabled workflows a plus

Job Duties
- Serve or progress to serve as the companys licensed customs broker of record
- Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, import/export regulations, HTS classification, and AD/CVD
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
- Champion AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Act as executive, client-facing authority on customs and regulatory matters
