Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business administration, hospitality management, or related major
  • 15+ years of experience in hospitality with proven career progression
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury category preferred
  • Relevant marketing and brand experience
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment at Bethesda, MD or New York, NY

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with progressive leadership roles
  • 4-year degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field or 20+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years experience in the luxury hospitality category preferred
  • Proven expertise in marketing and brand management
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated experience in global marketing strategy execution

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies
  • Oversee global brand positioning and visual identity management
  • Partner with continent teams to tailor marketing initiatives
  • Lead and support global campaign strategies
  • Foster partnerships and develop partner strategies
  • Drive property-level marketing activation and engagement
  • Represent the brand in internal and external stakeholder forums
