Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or design
- twelve or more years of relevant professional experience
- demonstrated leadership in global brand strategy and creative platform development
- ability to manage and navigate complex matrix organizations
- experience collaborating with internal and external creative agencies
- strong project management and strategic planning skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in advertising, marketing, or design
- twelve or more years’ relevant professional experience leading global brand architecture and creative platforms
- experience leading with influence and navigating a complex and matrixed organization
- experience working with internal and external creative agencies and leading agency briefings and production timelines
- experience leading a team that delivers creative platforms and 360 integrated marketing campaigns
- experience leading annual planning, development research, marketing strategy, creative and content development, media and performance measurement
- preferred experience managing a budget and driving results to meet goals and KPIs
- preferred mba
Job Duties
- support brand evolution including purpose, positioning, architecture, toolkits, narrative and creative expression over time
- co-create a global 3-year marketing roadmap to drive brand consideration, preference and engagement
- lead the annual GTM planning, editorial calendar and execution in partnership with insights, strategy, hotel brands, co-brand, loyalty and partnerships teams
- lead IMC teams to develop breakthrough, culturally relevant, high impact campaigns from concept through execution and scaling
- partner with continent teams and others to pull through IMC plans including providing frameworks, toolkits and work sessions
- explore new opportunities to establish the brand as a leader in culture and innovation
- lead a team of global marketers to build, plan and execute global 360 IMCs
- lead monthly connects with continent senior directors and teams to ensure strategic and creative visibility and alignment
- support and lead internal and agency relationships
- foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture
- explore opportunities to drive creative effectiveness and productivity
- partner with global strategy and insights teams to measure and report out creative performance
