Job Requirements
- Fifteen years of overall professional experience
- Ten years of corporate food and beverage experience in a similar or multi role
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading a team
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading stakeholder management
- Sixty-five percent travel time required
Job Qualifications
- Masters degree in hospitality, culinary, hotel management, or business degree
- Ten plus years of progressive corporate F&B experience
- Demonstrated experience in food and beverage asset, prototype development, and standards implementation
- Fifteen years of overall professional experience
- Ten years of corporate food and beverage experience in a similar or multi role
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading a team
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading stakeholder management
Job Duties
- Lead and direct all activities of a cross-functional Lifestyle Brand F&B Product Solutions Development team
- Create F&B solutions across Hilton's Lifestyle hotels
- Evaluate and approve F&B concepts for regional suitability, target audience, and alignment with Brand Standards
- Develop brand standards and deliver to franchise and managed properties
- Guide property partners to Hilton's online F&B Portfolio of concepts, tools, and standard methodologies
- Develop Master Prototype F&B innovations for turnkey solutions
- Prepare and present detailed F&B concept briefs to internal and external stakeholders
