Job Requirements
- Fifteen years of overall professional experience
- Ten years of corporate Food & Beverage experience in a similar or multi role
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading a team
- Five to seven years of demonstrated experience leading stakeholder management
- Sixty-five percent travel time required
Job Qualifications
- Masters degree in hospitality, culinary, hotel management or business degree
- Ten plus years of progressive corporate Food & Beverage experience
- Demonstrated experience in Food & Beverage asset and prototype development and standards implementation
Job Duties
- Evaluate and approve F&B concepts for regional suitability, target audience, and alignment with brand standards
- Resolve strategic needs by developing well-defined bespoke F&B concepts for owners
- Develop brand standards and deliver them to franchise and managed properties across the US
- Guide property partners to Hilton's online Food & Beverage Portfolio of concepts, tools, and standard methodologies
- Develop master prototype F&B innovations as turnkey solutions and evaluate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present detailed F&B concept briefs to internal partners and external customers
- Lead all aspects of tracking and progress of Lifestyle Global F&B brand initiatives and programs
