Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
- Ten or more years' experience in strategy development, brand management, marketing strategy or product management
- Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to tackle difficult projects and initiatives
Job Qualifications

- Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units
- MBA or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in the lodging / hospitality sector (preferred)
Job Duties
- Engage with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including team members and budget, to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency, while addressing any resource constraints or conflicts
- Present innovative insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders clearly and concisely, using data-driven narratives to support decision-making and drive alignment
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Proactively identify and communicate any potential risks or issues, ensuring they are well-informed and can make timely decisions to mitigate challenges
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Develop and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs
- Facilitate the adoption of new solutions by effectively communicating their benefits and implementation plans to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in through regular updates and feedback sessions
- Develop and lead direct reports, leveraging consulting approaches, project management expertise, best practices and analytics to deliver strategic engagements on-time and on-budget
- When applicable, develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that include training, support, and resources to help teams adapt to new processes and technologies, minimizing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition
