Job Requirements
- Extensive wine expertise

- Certification in wine education or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience engineering a high-end bar menu focused on craft cocktails

- Understands fine dining cooking terms and techniques
- Six years leadership or managerial experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to read a profit and loss statement to drive greater revenue

Job Duties
- Provide a world-class fine dining experience to guests by focusing on Disney Service Standard to maintain the restaurant's Forbes rating
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and working in the operation daily, including interacting with guests and cast members and resolving any issues
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong cast focus to inspire, engage, coach and develop a diverse and talented team
- Recognize cast members and hold them accountable for delivering excellence with the Five Keys in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show and efficiency
- Exceed guest expectations yielding positive guest feedback to help achieve and maintain a Forbes 5-star rating
- Serve as a functional and subject matter expert of the operation
- Manage daily staffing levels and anticipate shift coverage needs based on demand
- Participate in departmental and line of business meetings to communicate information and provide operational perspectives
- Make balanced day-to-day operational decisions benefiting guests, cast members, and business demands
- Support local projects and monitor potential impacts to guest and cast experiences
- Serve as a change agent to integrate processes and align performance goals of the hourly cast
- Help develop and drive change to enhance overall revenue goals of the operation
