Job Duties
- Master culinary techniques: prepare complex dishes, entrees, casseroles, and specialty items using advanced cooking methods
- Plan & execute production: coordinate meal production schedules to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Deliver high quality: cook according to detailed recipes, maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain safety & sanitation: ensure compliance with food safety standards in all aspects of preparation, storage, and kitchen hygiene
- Lead by example: demonstrate sound judgment and organization in daily operations and help guide junior kitchen staff
- Be adaptable: perform other duties as assigned to support overall kitchen and hospital operations
