Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous catering, cooking, and lead experience
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and sanitation standards

- Previous catering experience
- Prior cooking experience
- Experience in lead or supervisory roles
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow established recipes
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- Operate and clean equipment after each use
- Perform scheduled routine cleaning
- Store, label and date food items according to policy
- Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
- Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all required documentation, reports, and logs
- Assist in the cross training of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
