Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking, knife skills, and batch cooking preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with variable hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to follow company and regulatory standards
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience in batch cooking
- Catering experience preferred
- Ability to follow established recipes and food safety guidelines

- Ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning
- Store, label, and date food items according to policy and maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
- Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned
