Job Requirements
- Prior grill, prep and serving experience required
- Ability to follow federal, state and local food safety and sanitation regulations
- Must be able to work full time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking
- Must comply with company policies regarding cleanliness and safety
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Experience working in a high-volume foodservice environment
- Ability to work full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning
- Store, label and date food items according to policy and maintain organized storage
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures
- Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation
- Assist in the cross training of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
