- Certification as completed the Food Handler Training Course by the Jefferson County Department of Health within 21 days of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare food items for patients, visitors, and staff using specialized equipment
- Communicate recipe and production issues to supervisors
- Assist in setting quality standards
- Establish workflow for food production
- Train production staff to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs
