Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, varying days, and rotating weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Physical ability to perform cooking tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Four or more years of related work experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to fostering a healthy and safe working environment
  • Skilled in advanced cooking techniques and food presentation
  • Ability to follow complex recipes and product guidelines
  • Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • May have oversight over the production staff, train and assign tasks
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, varying by business necessities and client requirements
