Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and prepare food safely and hygienically
  • good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
  • team-oriented and adaptable
  • reliable with a commitment to a healthy and safe working environment
  • knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques
  • experience in food preparation and presentation
  • ability to follow complex recipes
  • effective communication and leadership skills for training and oversight

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • follow complex recipes and/or product directions
  • produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • provide oversight over the production staff, train and assign tasks
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
