- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends

- Experience with large-batch cooking and catering services
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to follow complex recipes and cooking techniques
- Experience in training and supervising kitchen staff
Job Duties
- Prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions accurately
- Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks as needed
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliability
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
