Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • four or more years of cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts including days and nights
  • reliable and punctual
  • team-oriented and adaptable
  • strong attention to detail
  • willingness to comply with food safety standards and client requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • four or more years of related work experience preferred
  • ability to follow complex recipes and directions
  • strong culinary skills including classical and contemporary cooking techniques
  • effective team player with good communication skills
  • ability to train and supervise staff
  • commitment to food safety and reducing waste

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
  • follow complex recipes and or product directions
  • produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking plating and garnishing techniques
  • may have oversight over the production staff train and assign tasks
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
