Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of culinary work experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for all meal periods
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques
- Oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks
- Attend work and show up on time regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
