Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, hours, and open availability preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to reducing food waste and maintaining a safe work environment

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
