Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- four or more years of related work experience preferred
- ability to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts including rotating weekends
- commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- produce small to large batch goods using advanced classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- oversee the production staff, train and assign tasks
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
