Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain

  • Experience of 4 or more years in related cooking roles preferred
  • Ability to follow complex recipes and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Follow complex recipes and product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
  • Oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time and consistently
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
