Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain

- Experience of 4 or more years in related cooking roles preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and consistently
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
