Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 or more years of related culinary experience preferred
  • ability to follow complex recipes and cooking techniques
  • strong attention to detail and food safety standards
  • ability to work weekday afternoon and evening shifts
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • physical ability to perform cooking tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • follow complex recipes and/or product directions
  • produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
