Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Physical ability to perform cooking tasks and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days and rotating weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

- Skilled in classical and contemporary cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
