Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes and cooking instructions
- Capability to work varying shifts and maintain punctuality
- Must be reliable and able to contribute to a safe working environment
- Ability to train and oversee other staff members
- Willingness to perform varied duties depending on client needs

- Minimum four years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, depending on business necessities and client requirements
