Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years related experience
  • knowledge skills and experience in making kitchen products including BBQ Hot Foods Dim Sum Sushi and semi-finished products
  • knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
  • ability to communicate in English proficiency in Chinese Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekdays weekends evenings and statutory holidays
  • good teamwork and collaboration skills
  • strong organizational problem-solving interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • positive proactive and self-motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • prepare handle clean cut marinate cook and produce foods based on orders and production plan for assigned sections including BBQ Hot Food Dim Sum Sushi and other products
  • store ingredients and products including receiving and stocking
  • ensure proper receiving and storage conditions of food
  • maintain cleanliness and readiness of own station before and after shifts
  • execute recipes ingredient specifications quality quantity and cooking time as per SOPs
  • uphold kitchen sanitation standards in line with health and safety regulations
  • ensure product quality food safety freshness and FIFO practices
  • maintain proper storage handling and temperature records
  • clean and maintain equipment tools and manage waste garbage and recycling
  • perform other duties as assigned
