Job Requirements
- Must have four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours, open availability preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes and directions accurately
- Capable of producing both small and large batch goods
- Willingness to train and assign tasks to others
- Must attend work regularly and punctually
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment

- Ability to follow complex recipes and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- May have oversight over the production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
