Job Requirements

  • Open availability to work any shift
  • ability to follow complex recipes and instructions
  • 4 or more years of culinary experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
  • strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrated commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • follow complex recipes and/or product directions
  • produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
  • oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
