Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes accurately
- Capacity to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- Physical ability to perform cooking and food preparation tasks safely

- 4 or more years of related cooking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties assigned based on business needs and client requirements
